The masterplan comprises circa 600 dwellings offering 2, 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses and mid-rise apartments. The Fabric townhouses have a contemporary architectural style and deliver sustainable outcomes for residents, with all townhouses achieving a 7-star NatHERS energy rating and provisioned with solar panels and fully electric appliances. Now an established, thriving community with two local parks and landscape trails, over one hectare of public open space will ultimately be delivered through the life of The Fabric.
