Co-Mingled Fund

The Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund (“MWOF”) is a $8bn high quality prime grade office fund comprised of 11 assets concentrated in the Sydney and Melbourne markets. MWOF has a register of over 40 domestic and international wholesale investors.

Separately Managed Accounts

Direct mandate services. As well as ongoing fiduciary responsibility, dealing with complex transactions, quality asset management, portfolio review and reporting, Mirvac provides these accounts with presentations on a number of opportunities that leverage the Mirvac pipeline and capability as well as access to management through regular sector, research and strategy updates.

Co-Investments/Joint Ventures

Mirvac’s current co-investments and joint ventures span across office, retail, residential, industrial and build to rent. Partners and Mirvac are aligned through mutual ownership. Typically, these partnerships commence during the development phase whereby we provide partners with access to our integrated model followed by long term ownership with Mirvac providing asset management and investment management services.
