Reflecting on our progress with Reconciliation

30th April 2024

As a leading Australian asset creator, our purpose is to reimagine urban life, and we’re committed to leaving a positive legacy through unique precincts and thriving communities.

We acknowledge our duty to respect, engage with, and learn from the Traditional Custodians of our land.

Through our  FY21-23 Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we've made good progress and we're grateful for the partnerships and connections we've built with Indigenous communities.

There is more to be done and completing our current RAP has highlighted areas for improvement in working with First Nations peoples.

As we develop our next RAP, we will focus on our guiding reconciliation principles to continue to improve the way we embed respect and celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.

Looking forward, we're collaborating with  Reconciliation Australia on our third RAP. Together, we're committed to deepening our reconciliation efforts and contributing to a more inclusive society for all Australians.
