Mirvac Tops Out Trielle as Yarra’s Edge Legacy Continues

22nd September 2026

Mirvac has celebrated the topping out of Trielle, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury waterfront tower at Yarra's Edge and underscoring continued demand for well-built homes in high-quality locations, with the project now more than 70 per cent sold.

Mates on the Move

Located on one of the last remaining absolute riverfront sites in the precinct, Trielle represents the latest chapter in Mirvac's more than 20-year vision for Yarra's Edge. Since commencing the masterplanned community in 2003, Mirvac has transformed Melbourne's Docklands into a thriving neighbourhood defined by expansive parklands, waterfront promenades and a carefully curated mix of apartments and town homes, now home to thousands of residents.

Mirvac CEO of Development Stuart Penklis said the milestone reflected both the appeal of Yarra's Edge and the continued demand for premium waterfront living in Melbourne.

"As one of the final residential towers within Yarra's Edge, Trielle represents the culmination of more than two decades of creating one of Melbourne's most established and sought-after waterfront communities," Mr Penklis said.

"Positioned on the Collins Street axis with absolute river frontage, Trielle offers residents a rare opportunity to enjoy sweeping views across the Yarra River, Melbourne skyline and Port Phillip Bay, while remaining seamlessly connected to the CBD. With Trielle now more than 70 per cent sold, we're continuing to see strong demand from buyers seeking quality homes in established locations. Many purchasers already have a connection to Yarra's Edge and are choosing to upgrade within the precinct as their lifestyle needs evolve, drawn by the exceptional views, premium amenity and strong sense of community that the precinct offers."

"Trielle builds on that legacy, combining exceptional design, wellness-focused facilities and some of the most spectacular views in Melbourne. As we launch the penthouse and sub-penthouse collection, we're excited to introduce a new benchmark for luxury waterfront living at Yarra's Edge," Mr Penklis said.

Trielle has been designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living, with a suite of resort-style amenities centred around The Oasis, a 900sqm elevated urban rainforest featuring an indoor pool and spa, sauna, magnesium pool, wellness facilities and fitness spaces.

Residents will also have access to private dining rooms, concierge services, flexible workspaces, a cinema, golf simulator and entertainment spaces, delivering one of Melbourne's most comprehensive residential amenity offerings.

The project is now preparing to launch the highly anticipated penthouse collection, offering some of the most elevated and exclusive residences within the precinct. Designed for buyers seeking house-like proportions, the residences feature expansive floorplans, premium finishes and panoramic views.

Mirvac General Manager Residential Development Victoria Elysa Anderson said Trielle had resonated strongly with buyers seeking a rare lifestyle offering in Melbourne.

“Opportunities to secure a new luxury residence on a riverfront site of this calibre are incredibly rare, particularly within a community like Yarra’s Edge. What makes Trielle unique is the combination of exceptional views, world-class residential facilities and the lifestyle that already exists around it. Residents are buying into a mature waterfront community with parks, promenades, dining, wellness and strong community connections already in place,” Ms Anderson said.

Trielle comprises a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom residences. Reflecting strong demand from owner occupiers, approximately 80 per cent of purchasers to date intend to live in their homes, highlighting the project's appeal to those seeking a long-term waterfront lifestyle.

Mirvac has recently delivered The Albertine, a premium apartment development on the edge of Melbourne's CBD, and is nearing completion of Prince & Parade in Brunswick, further strengthening its portfolio of thoughtfully designed apartment communities in some of Melbourne's most sought-after urban locations.
