Procurement

Procurement isn’t just about money. It is about relationships.

Here at Mirvac, we know that we couldn’t design, build, manage and sell our properties without the help of our suppliers. From building contractors to marketing consultants, suppliers play a crucial role in our business and our sustained success comes down to the strength of these relationships.

Mirvac has a large existing supply chain. We are always interested in establishing mutually beneficial relationships with new suppliers who share our values.

Feel free to contact us and provide relevant information about your business.  Should we decide to enter into a relationship with you, you will need to adhere to our supplier onboarding process.

Why is procurement so important?

Mirvac procures significant quantities of goods and services, which are supplied by an equally diverse range of businesses. Depending on the type of purchase, different regulatory systems apply, posing potential legal, financial, operational and commercial risks. We ensure all items and services are properly acquired so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and successfully.

One of the reasons we’ve developed such a disciplined, systematic procurement approach is to manage these risks and to ensure that we receive high-quality goods and services that are supplied in a reliable, ethical way, maximising the value of every dollar we spend.
