FY25 Modern Slavery Statement – Mirvac releases 6th statement

24th September 2025

Modern slavery remains one of the most pressing human rights challenges of our time, demanding leadership, transparency and sustained action.

Mirvac recognises our responsibility to protect and uphold human rights across our operations and supply chain.
In FY25, we strengthened our approach through deeper supply chain oversight, new certifications and targeted training.

We also refreshed our strategy to reflect the evolving risk landscape and reaffirmed our industry leadership, including our role as co-chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Human Rights and Modern Slavery Working Group.

We remain committed to continuous improvement, transparency, and driving positive change across the property and construction sectors.

Mirvac acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of Australia, and we offer our respect to their Elders past and present.
