“What we know from more than 50 years of creating exceptional communities is that the early delivery of parks is critical to success,” says Ms Anderson. “We will be retaining and protecting many existing trees and increasing canopy cover with green streets and parks where residents can gather and form the social connections that create belonging.”
The site adjoins the new Kingsford Town Centre, a growing retail and convenience hub anchored by a modern Woolworths supermarket. Residents will enjoy easy access to everyday essentials, fresh produce, and specialty items right on their doorstep. The centre also features popular retailers including Subway, Dominos, a local chemist, cafes, takeaway options and a variety of health and personal services. As Bullsbrook continues to grow, the precinct is expected to welcome an expanding mix of retailers and services.
