KINDIRA

Monarch Glen is an approximate 1,000-hectare masterplanned community located 40 kilometres south-west of the Brisbane CBD and within the State Government's Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area. It will ultimately house a population of approximately 20,000 people and will include a suite of community infrastructure including parks, schools, retail centres, community centres, significant tranches of conservation parkland and a proposed future commuter train station. The public domain will be activated and complemented by a comprehensive community development program fostering connection and pride among residents.
