Richard Webby joined Mirvac in October 2025 as the Chief Digital Officer. 
 
Richard has vast experience in delivering enterprise and consumer-facing digital and IT solutions. Prior to Mirvac, Richard was Chief Product and Technology Officer at ExoFlare, where he led the product, design, and engineering teams to leverage AI and data science.
 
Richard has deep experience in using technology, data and AI to enhance customer experience and ways of working, with other roles including Managing Director, Digital at Optus, Group Chief Technology Officer at Scentre Group, and Vice President, Digital Technology at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Los Angeles, where he was instrumental in leading the innovation around wearables.
 
Richard holds a PhD in Decision Sciences and a BCom in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
