Kit Georgeos was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Fund Management, in October 2026 and is responsible for leading Mirvac's funds management platform and overseeing the performance, growth and strategic direction of the Group's investment partnerships and wholesale funds.
Kit brings more than 20 years' experience across real estate funds management, investment banking and capital markets. Before being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Fund Management, she was Fund Manager of the Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund from 2023 to 2026 and prior to that, Fund Manager of the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund and Deputy Fund Manager of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund. Earlier in her career, Kit spent nine years with Macquarie Capital's Real Estate Investment Banking division, advising Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings and the establishment of wholesale investment funds.
Kit holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Economics and Psychology) from the University of Sydney.
