David Malcolm Justice Centre Wins Award
Perth’s first 6 Star Green Star office building, David Malcolm Justice Centre, won the ESD and Sustainability Award at the Property Council WA Awards.
We are very pleased to announce that the David Malcolm Justice Centre won the ESD and Sustainability Award – Premium / A Grade, at the Property Council WA Awards.
Our submission was based on receiving Perth’s first 6 Star Green Star Performance rating, our 5 Star NABERS rating and the excellent work of our Green Committee who have increased recycling rates to over 70% in the last year.
On top of winning the ESD and Sustainability award DMJC was then chosen as the winner of the WA Commercial Property of the Year over 20,000sqm award.
We are very proud of our team, all of our dedicated Green Committee members and our tenants who made this possible.
